Rosser joined Triangle in 2013. She previously served for two years as women's head coach and men's assistant coach at her alma mater, the University of Mount Olive.

A four-year starting middle blocker, Rosser helped lead Mount Olive to its first and second NCAA Tournament appearances in 2004 and 2005. Rosser remains the Trojans' all-time career blocks leader and had the top hitting percentage when she graduated. 

Before taking over as head coach at Mount Olive, Rosser spent two years as women's volleyball head coach and compliance officer at Louisburg College. In her two years at Louisburg she guided the team to its first winning seasons and highest regional finish since 2008.

Rosser served as varsity and junior varsity head coach at Southern Wayne High School, leading the varsity team to three consecutive state tournament appearances. She also spent five years as head coach in the 15s, 17s, and 18s age groups at W.A.V.E. Volleyball Club in Goldsboro. Rosser was co-founder and vice president of Eastern Elite Volleyball Club in Goldsboro, as well as head coach of the 18s national team.

Rosser graduated the University of Mount Olive in 2006 with a B.A. in English, language and literature, with an emphasis in communications.

Rosser joined Triangle's administrative team in Spring 2018 bringing her club management and business experience to bear on the operations of Triangle Volleyball Club. Rosser and her husband Brandon live in Garner with their daughter, Payson.
