Restino (formerly Edwards) had a stellar three-year Triangle career, playing on 18 Black as a junior and a senior. After graduating high school Restino attended Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. During her four-year collegiate career Restino amassed numerous records and accolades including PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Year, PSAC Fall Top 10, three-time AVCA All-Region, three-time Academic All District honors, Daktronics All-America Third Team, AVCA DII Honorable Mention All-American, and Capitol One Academic All-American First Team her senior year. She holds the single season kills record for Shippensburg and was ranked 12th in NCAA DII with a 4.23 kills/set average. Restino is among just five Raiders in school history to accumulate at least 1,000 career digs and is second in the PSAC in career kills (2,062). Restino graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management.

Restino was a member of Triangle 18 Black in 2010 when they "double-qualified" in Open for USAV Junior Nationals with a second-place finish at the Mideast Qualifier and winning the championship at the Lone Star Classic. During her Triangle tenure she served as a student apprentice coach and worked numerous camps and clinics. Restino previously coached three seasons of 18s at Revolution Volleyball Club in Pennsylvania and has been a resource coach since re-joining Triangle's staff in 2014.

Restino currently lives in Apex with her husband, Chris, and works at Bandwidth as a supply chain analyst.
