Logan Striebel Barber joined Triangle in 2009 as an assistant director and coach, and she has served as head coach of 15 Black and 17 Blue, and as assistant coach of 18 Black. Barber is a magna cum laude graduate of American University in D.C. where she studied public communication and marketing. She played four years for American and won four consecutive Patriot League Championships, made four NCAA Tournament appearances, was named to the All-Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2004-2008), and was team captain her senior year. While in D.C. Barber coached in the 14s, 16s, and 17s age groups for Metro Volleyball Club of D.C. Upon graduation Barber served as the marketing and sponsorship coordinator for the Washington Kastles, a World Team Tennis Pro League franchise in D.C.

At Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, Barber helped lead the Crusaders to three consecutive state championships (2001-2003) and was named all-conference and all-state in 2003. Barber is the first Triangle alumna to serve in a full-time role at Triangle. In addition to her administrative responsibilities in the areas of event planning, marketing, and development, Barber runs the MAPL Raleigh and City of Oaks Challenge tournaments at the Raleigh Convention Center.
