Paige [Pridgeon] Buzogany

Buzogany is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and began playing volleyball at the age of 8. Buzogany played outside hitter at Lincoln High School where she earned all-state second team honors her sophomore, junior, and senior years. She was selected as the Big Bend Player of the Year for Lincoln High School and played club for both Tallahassee Juniors and North Florida Volleyball Association. Upon graduation in 2009 Buzogany was recruited to the University of North Florida for indoor and beach volleyball. She was named 2009 Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year and earned All-Atlantic Sun Conference Second Team honors her sophomore and junior years. Buzogany's stellar senior year landed her First-Team All-Atlantic Sun honors, and she became the third player in UNF history to achieve 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in her career. On the sand Buzogany was a member of a UNF pairing that was one of the few teams invited to compete in the AVCA Sand Volleyball Championships in 2013. She graduated UNF in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in communications/public relations.

After graduation Buzogany coached at her prep alma mater for three years while also starting their first beach program. During that time she was also a head coach at Prostyle Volleyball Academy. In 2015 Buzogany was hired as the assistant indoor and head beach volleyball coach at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Pridgeon married Charlie Buzogany in the summer of 2017, when the couple moved to Raleigh.
