With over 30 years of high school coaching experience, Deans coached at Wilson Christian Academy from 1995 to 2012. Since 2013, he has served as a Spanish teacher, varsity volleyball coach, SGA leader, and assistant athletic director at Wake Christian Academy.
Deans has been with Triangle Volleyball Club since 2013, serving as a resource, assistant, and head coach for the 14U through 17U teams. He and his wife, Pamela, live in Fuquay-Varina with their daughter, Lydia. Â Deans enjoys mission work in Latin American countries and spending time with his family.
