Carolina Region Host Site

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION:

Facility Rules and additional information is available in our Visitor’s Guide.

• CR events begin at 9am unless otherwise indicated.
• Doors open for players, coaches and spectators at 8am.
• No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed in our facility, but You ARE allowed to set up tents, tables, food, coolers outside in the parking lot. 
• Please bring your own sporting chair.

Spectator admission in effect:

• $5 per non-participating adult age 11 & older (cash only)
• $6 per non-participating adult age 11 & older (credit card, includes $1 credit card convenience fee per person)
• Spectator admission will be collected and monitored until ca. 2pm for each event.
• Those opting for credit card purchase should anticipate a line for processing.
• Players and rostered coaching staff are admitted at no charge as are children under 11.
    

Inclement weather policy:

• Along with the Carolina Region we will make decisions on delays or cancellations based on weather conditions in our area and in consideration of the number of teams participating who are driving from areas affected by adverse weather.
• Information about delays and cancellations will be posted on the CR website and Team representatives will be contacted via email. Please do not call our office or the tournament director as the decision made will be public.
• We will strictly enforce USAV/CR and our facility rules. Violation of these policies will result in immediate expulsion from our event without refund of entry fee.
