Spiridonakos is originally from Pittsburgh and played club at both Renaissance Volleyball Club and Pittsburgh Elite beginning at age 14. As an outside hitter, she helped her team qualify her 18s season (18 American) for USAV Girls’ Junior Nationals in Anaheim. She was recruited to Fairleigh Dickinson University (Division I) where she played primarily outside for five seasons. She also spent time during her collegiate career in the middle and on the right side. Her final season with the Knights she helped lead her team to their first ever NEC Championship in program history. Spiridonakos graduated FDU with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA with Marketing Specialization.
Spiridonakos coached six seasons with DIGS Volleyball Club in New Jersey in both their girls and boys programs (ages 16-18s). She helped lead her Boys 18s team to an 18 Open qualification for the 2024 USAV Boys’ Junior National Championships in Dallas.
Spiridonakos works at a local insurance marketing company.
