Little brings both high-level playing and collegiate coaching experience to Triangle Volleyball Club. She began her volleyball journey at just 10 years old with perennial powerhouse Mintonette Volleyball in Ohio, where she developed a strong technical foundation and competitive mindset. Her prep career was spent at Olentangy Orange High School in Columbus, Ohio.
Little continued her career at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she excelled as a collegiate student-athlete. A versatile opposite, she served as team captain in 2022 and finished her career with the second-most kills on the Crimson Hawk roster. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration (2022) and her Master of Science in Sport Management (2023) from IUP.
Following her playing career, Little transitioned into collegiate coaching, serving as a graduate assistant at IUP before joining the staff at the University of South Florida, first as Director of Volleyball Operations (DOVO) and later as an assistant coach. These roles allowed her to mentor athletes and contribute to program development at the Division II and Division I levels.
Outside of coaching, Brooke works as a Customer Support Specialist with Teamworks and resides in Raleigh.
