Carroll, originally from Mukwonago, Wisconsin, was a standout at Mukwonago High School, earning All-Conference and All-State honors. He played club for Milwaukee Sting VBC, helping his team qualify for the 18 Open division at USAV Boys’ Junior Nationals in his junior year. He also competed at the USAV High Performance Championships with the Badger Boys Youth HP team.
An outside hitter, Carroll was recruited to play at King University (DII), where he recorded 573 career kills over four seasons (2020 season canceled due to COVID-19). In 2023, he was named Conference Carolinas Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week and helped lead the Tornadoes to a Conference Carolinas championship and a berth in the NCAA Men’s Volleyball National Championship.
Carroll joined Triangle in 2023 and continues to serve as an assistant/resource coach for the boys’ program. In 2024, he helped lead the team to the program’s first AAU National Championship in the 16 Open division.
He graduated from King University in 2023 with a degree in Business and currently works in graphic design and marketing for Frisco Mo, a volleyball apparel company.
