Stafford is an eight year veteran of Triangle Volleyball club, having made her first Triangle team at eleven years of age. She attended Holly Springs High School where she was a three-year starter and served as a team captain in 2020. At Holly Springs HS she earned Wake County Player of the Week honors and was named All-Conference twice.
Stafford was a student-athlete at Meredith College, where she helped the Avenging Angels historic 23-8 season that ended in the USA South Conference Championship match. Stafford served as a team captain during the 2024-2025 season. She graduated Meredith College with a Bachelors degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science.
Stafford began coaching youth at Triangle and gained considerable coaching experience as a student-athlete working in Triangle’s extensive summer camp program. She joined the team coaching staff as an assistant in 2022 and has worked with 15 White and 14 White. Stafford currently serves as the head volleyball coach at Saint Mary’s High School and provides personal training to junior athletes.
