Triangle Boys – 16 Black traveled to Orlando to secure a USA Volleyball Junior National bid for the second consecutive year in the USA competitive division. The team had a solid 3-0 day one. On day 2, they came out strong winning their first two matches before dropping a match to Miami United 16 Select. Day 3 saw the squad push through all three rounds of bracket play. The final was a rematch with day 2 spoiler Miami United 16 Select. 16 Black settled it decisively in two sets giving the team an 8-1 overall record for the three-day weekend, The championship is accompanied by a bid to the presitgious USAV Jr. Boys’ National Championship held June 30-July 3 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
