Frese joins Triangle with considerable playing experience including four years as a setter/opposite at Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, California. A two-sport athlete, Frese also played basketball for the Trojans.
Frese attended Wichita State University, graduating in 2020 with a BA degree in Sport Management. Frese attended graduate school at Long Beach State University where he earned a Master of Business Administration. Frese moved to Raleigh to join NetApp as a sales representative.
