Collin Medina

 

Medina grew up in Asheville where he was very active and played a vast number of different sports. He became passionate about volleyball and co-founded the ECU Men’s Club Volleyball team his sophomore year of college. At ECU, Medina was the team’s setter from 2010-2012. He continues to be an avid player on both grass and indoor. In addition to cross country and tennis, Medina has coached prep soccer, indoor track, and men’s varsity tennis. He began coaching volleyball at Capital City Volleyball Club in 2021 working with a 14U junior girls’ team. Medina is a high school English teacher at Millbrook HS where he also coaches men’s tennis and cross country.
