Wilson is from Raleigh, North Carolina, and attended Apex Friendship High School, where she helped lead her team to a conference championship and a top-six state ranking. A two-time team captain and First Team All-Conference selection, she played club volleyball at Triangle for nine years before competing collegiately at Wofford College.
At Wofford, Wilson was a member of the 2023 and 2024 Southern Conference Tournament Championship teams — the first NCAA Tournament appearances for any Wofford women’s team sport. Over her career, Wilson was a four-time SoCon Academic Honor Roll honoree.
Wilson has served as an assistant and resource coach for all ages. Wilson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Wofford College, currently a Mental Health Technician at Bright Path Behavioral Health, and is pursuing a Master’s in Kinesiology.
