We are conveniently located in the heart of the triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill). Our gym is part of the WAke Competition Center (new as of January 1, 2019) and located just south of I-40 and RDU airpot off Aviation Parkway. We are easily accessed by I-40, I-540 and Hwy 70.
