Coach Beverly and Coach Freeman honored by JVA

Triangle Coaches dedicate over 20 years of service to junior volleyball

Triangle Volleyball Club is excited to share that Coach Beverly Lineberger and Coach Jim Freeman are among those recognized by the Junior Volleyball Association [JVA] as recipients of the 2022 Junior Club Service Award. The award serves to recognize and honor the dedication and loyalty of the coaches, club directors and administrators of JVA member clubs who have been active in junior volleyball for at least 20 or more years. 

"Beverly is tirelessly dedicated to her athlete's growth both as volleyball players and young people of character," stated Triangle's Executive Director, Sherry Fadool. "Beverly can simultaneously coach skills and teach life lessons in a learning environment that sets a high standard while also engendering a true love of the game," added Fadool.

"Coach Freeman has been a coach at all ages and levels for nearly 30 years. His history of success is among the best in North Carolina at the high school and club level," stated Fadool. "His service is one that has focused on finding success by developing a strong work ethic, competitive toughness and growth mindset," added Fadool.

Fadool also added, "this award is well deserved and we could not be more proud and appreciative of the commitment and service of Coach Beverly and Coach Freeman."

The honorees will be celebrated during the JVA Annual Gathering on Wednesday, December 14th at 4:45pm in Omaha in conjunction with the AVCA Convention and NCAA Division I Final Four.
