Outstanding performances in USAV National Qualifying events resulted in Triangle securing six (6) bids to USAV Girls' Junior National Championship. Triangle teams earning bids and the bid level (Open > USA > Liberty > American) include:
- 18 Black - 18 OPEN
- 18 Blue - 18 USA
- 17 Black - 17 OPEN
- 17 Blue - USA
- 16 Black - 16 OPEN
- 15 Black - 15 OPEN
Both 18 Black and 18 Blue competed in the USAV 18s Girls' Junior Nationals in Columbus, Ohio on April 21-23. In a stellar run, Triangle 18 Black earned an overall 13th place finish in a packed field made up of 36 of the nation's best teams. The 15-17s age levels will compete in their USAV Junior National Championship in Chicago later this summer.
The Open division is the most competitive and prestigious division of USA Volleyball and Triangle leads North Carolina having earned 27 of the total 40 Open bids ever awarded to North Carolina teams.
