Anna Grace Holdford
Holdford is originally from Wilimington, NC where she began playing volleyball at the age of 12. As a setter and prep standout at Coastal Christian High School, Holdford served as team captain her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. She was a three-time All Conference honoree being named Coastal Rivers Conference Player of the Year in 2017. Holdford was selected as a NCISAA 2A All-State honoree in both 2015 and 2017. She totaled 3000 career assists for the Centurions, with 883 as a senior setter. Holdford played club for Cape Fear Volleyball Club and was selected to the North Carolina High Performance Team in 2015. Holdford was recruited to set at Campbell University in Buis Creek.
As a freshman at Campbell, Holdford appeared in 22 matches (69 sets). She ranked second on the team with 297 assists. As her academic interests changed, Holdford transferred to NC State University to study Textiles and Textiles Management. She will graduate in Spring, 2023.
Holdford began coaching at high school summer camps and also assisted at Ashley High School after graduating high school. Just prior to moving to the Triangle area, Holdford coached numerous summer camps at East Coast Volleyball Academy in Wilmington.
