Rosser, a native of the Raleigh area, joined the Triangle staff in 2013. She attended Hoggard High School in Wilmington, NC where she was a 3 time varsity letter winner for the Lady Vikings. She was a two-time All Conference selection and in 2001, helped lead her team to a 2nd place finish at the state championship in the 4A division. 

Rosser attended The University of Mount Olive (formerly Mount Olive College) where she was a four-year starting middle blocker. Rosser helped lead Mount Olive to it's first and second NCAA tournament appearances in 2004 and 2005. She remains the Trojan's all-time career blocks leader, single season blocks leader, and holds the record for season hitting percentage (.408). Rosser graduated from UMO with a B.A. in English Literature with a concentration in Communications.

Upon graduation, she served as the varsity and junior varsity head coach at Southern Wayne High school where she led the varsity team to three consecutive state tournament appearances. In 2007, she was named conference coach of the year. Rosser has over a decade of club coaching experience as well as collegiate coaching experience. She spent time as the Head Women's coach at Louisburg College where she led them to their highest finish since 2008 and then coached for 2 seasons at her alma mater. On the club side, she helped to found Eastern Elite volleyball club and has coached ages 15's-18's. Most recently, she has spent the last two seasons as the head coach of 15 Blue at Triangle, though she has worked with 17 Blue and 18 Black in previous years.

Rosser joined Triangle's administrative team in Spring 2018 bringing her club management and business experience to bear on the operations of Triangle Volleyball Club. Rosser and her husband Brandon live in Garner with their daughter, Payson.
