Krull (Triangle Class of 2009) returns to North Carolina and Triangle after beginning her post-graduate career in the DC area.

Krull was a three-year varsity setter for the powerhouse and state champion Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders. She received 2007 and 2008 All-Conference honors and named the 2008 Mid-State Conference Co-Player of the Year. She was a nominee for the NC Gatorade Player of the Year and Finalist for the prestigious Andi Collins award in 2008.

Krull played four years of club at Triangle Volleyball Club and was recruited to the DII titan, University of Tampa. She played in 30 matches as a DS/Libero for the top 10 ranked Spartans before transferring to William & Mary. At William & Mary she was captain for her senior season and earned the Presidents’ Award in both 2011 and 2012. Krull earned both a BBA and Master’s Degree in Accounting while at William & Mary.

Krull began coaching while a student-athlete at Triangle. She was active in Triangle’s summer camp program and coached with 14 White in 2013. She has also coached summer camps at both William & Mary and Cardinal Gibbons.

Krull is engaged to be married to Ben Coffey in 2022 and works at Ernst & Young.

SIGNIFICANT PLAYING ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Name a Finalist for PrepVolleyball.com’s prestigious Andi Collins Award her junior year of high school (2008).
  • Two NCHSAA 3A High School State Championships and one state Runner Up finish, Cardinal Gibbons HS
  • Played in every set when U of Tampa was ranked in the Top 10 and made it to the Elite Eight in the NCAA DII National Championship Tournament.
