Triangle Coaching Staff

At Triangle, we seek to hire "good people first" who share a love for the game of volleyball and a passionate desire to invest in young people as they work to realize their athletic potential.

Triangle also believes strongly in creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can passionately celebrate sport and help young people develop. We seek and support diversity and recognize diversity as an asset for our culture, coaching staff, and athletes.

- 30 high school state championship titles.
- 46 total bids to USAV Junior Nationals, including 23 Open-level qualifications.

Since 2021

Rachel Earnhardt

Earnhardt joined Triangle in 2021 having returned to North Carolina from Florida. A native of Greensboro, Earnhardt was an outside hitter and played for Piedmont Volleyball Club during her junior club career. Her prep career was at Southern Guilford High School where she was named to the All-Conference Team in 2008, received All-Conference honors in 2009 and 2010 and was also name All-Conference Player of the Year in 2009 and 2010. Earnhardt’s list of awards continues with All-Conference Female Athlete of the Year in 2011 and the US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete award (2011).

Since 2021

Caroline Enloe

Caroline Enloe returns to Triangle where she played her 16s year. Enloe started playing volleyball competitively in 7th grade, having played in local rec leagues since 3rd grade. She attended Middle Creek High School, and played all four years at the setting position and served as co-captain her senior year. While at Triangle, Enloe earned her team Triangle Award for her work ethic and for embracing the priorities of Triangle’s mission. She was a member of the first Triangle Serves team in 2014 who went on a 10-day mission trip to Costa Rica.
