2019 Battle of the Bros [Boys]
Divisions: Junior Boys 14U and 16U-18U
When: 14U, Saturday only, March 2, 2019; 16U and 18U, Saturday & Sunday - March 2-3, 2019
Where: Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601
Entry Fees: 14U - $175 per team; 16U & 18U - $350 per team
Registration: Opens October 1, 2018. Online registration submission through AES [Advanced Event Systems] and payment is required to secure tournament entry. Checks should be payable to 'Triangle Volleyball Club' and will not be cashed until a team is 'accepted' into this event. Teams accepted on a first-come, first-served basis once registration and payment is received. Refunds will not be given once a team has been accepted.
Format: 14U will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches, 16-18U will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 matches.

The Battle of the Bros is held in conjunction with MAPL Raleigh at the Raleigh Convention Center.
DOORS WILL OPEN PROMPTLY AT 7 AM. Participants will not be allowed into the RCC until 7 AM.

Event parking at the RCC is available throughout the downtown area for $7 (no in-and-out privileges).
Admission for spectators is $10 per day or $15 for both days. Children under 10 years old are free. Tickets can be purchased on Friday night prior to the event from 6-9 PM on the mezzanine level of the RCC, or Saturday and Sunday beginning at 7 AM adjacent to the Hall B entrance at the RCC. The RCC will open at 7 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

All teams must check-in. Team check-in for ALL DIVISIONS is 7-9 PM on Friday night and 7-11 AM on Saturday in Room 204 on the mezzanine level of the RCC. Coaches will receive competition venue entrance credentials at team check-in. Teams will not be able to practice on Friday night at RCC or at Triangle.
Battle of the Bros is sanctioned by USA Volleyball through the Carolina Region.
Spectator seating is provided at the Winter Classic, therefore stadium and pop up chairs are not allowed.
Athlete ‘camping’ is not permitted. There will be tables in the ballroom for teams to relax between matches. Items left in this area are at the individual’s own risk.
Coolers, stadium chairs, large baggage, animals [excluding service animals], weapons, tobacco and e-cigarette products are not allowed inside or outside of the RCC [lobby, playing venue, sidewalks].
No ‘boom boxes’ or portable speakers are allowed to be used inside the facility unless they are connected to headphones. ‘Warm up music’ broadcasted from a speaker or sound system is not allowed.
Concessions are provided on-site at RCC by Centerplate. No outside food or drink is allowed in the competition venue.
College recruiters and all team coaches at MAPL Raleigh/Battle of the Bros are welcome to take advantage of the hospitality room in the Raleigh Suite at the Marriott Downtown Raleigh, Room 323 (connected to RCC). Open from 7AM - 7PM Saturday, and 7AM - 2PM Sunday.
