Teams capture 4-1st; 4-2nd; and 4-3rd place finishes

Fifteen Triangle girls’ teams headed to Baltimore for the JVA Charm City Challenge, a two-day event with a field packed with east coast and mid-atlantic talent.
With an overall weekend record of 70 – 12, Triangle teams captured four-first place finishes, four-second place finishes, and four-third place finishes.
- Triangle 13 Blue went 6-0 on the weekend and captured the 13 Club championship is an exciting three-set thriller defeating EC Power BUCKS 13-Eclipse (25-21, 23-25, 15-8)
- Triangle 14 Blue, never dropped a set in the event and defeated Blue Ridge 14s in the 14 Premier Championship in straight sets (25-10, 25-9)
- Triangle 15 Black, also 6-0, defeated Metro 15 Travel in the Open division championship match (16-25, 25-13, 15-10)
- Triangle 16 Black, also 6-0, defeated EC Power KOP 16-Empire in an exciting Open division championship (25-20, 17-25, 19-17)
